According to the regional police for several months in the city acted Financial Club «Carousel», which offered to citizens on the basis of income classic «pyramid» — Investors should transfer the money to the organizers, and some time later to get to one hundred percent of the profits from their investments. People who agree to these terms, do not sign any agreements on cooperation.
After collecting some money, «Carousel» ceased to exist, no longer go out with clients to communicate. However, after a brief lull, one of the officers of the «pyramid» reiterated to investors, asking them to deposit additional funds to restore the club. Trusting citizens agreed, each of which gave about 80 thousand, then the crook was gone again, this time permanently. Anxious investors sought help from law enforcement agencies — all the police received ten applications.
Now a preliminary investigation, to determine the identity of all the victims, and perpetrators.
