At a meeting of the State Duma on Wednesday passed in the second and third readings of the law on the abolition of exemptions from military service citizens who held her in another state.
Exemption will be maintained in cases where it is specifically required by international agreement. It is assumed that the law will come into force on 1 August 2013.
The explanatory memorandum states that in some countries, such as Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, under the military service in the army understood and service in a mobilization reserve, which effectively means the payment of a large sum of money and passing month military training.
