Change is made to the Arbitration Procedure Code (APC) of the Russian Federation, establishing procedures for dealing with challenging the regulations.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that delineates the powers of courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts to hear cases arising from administrative and other public relations. The relevant document is available on the official website of legal information on Friday.
According to the document, the arbitration courts to hear cases challenging the regulations affecting the rights and legitimate interests of the applicant in the field of business and other economic activities, only if their consideration within the competence of the arbitral tribunal by federal law.
The corresponding change is made to the Arbitration Procedure Code (APC) of the Russian Federation, establishing procedures for dealing with challenging the regulations. Thus, the arbitration courts will hear cases arising from administrative legal only in cases where this is to be specified in the applicable federal laws.
