Krasnoyarsk fourteen-teen brutally killed a boy of eight, reached a verdict.

According to the investigators, the defendant met the missing child in the yard, in the evening, April 28. Under the pretext of meeting with the boy’s older brother, he went to his apartment, where secretly grabbed a kitchen knife, and the child, in turn, asked to take the laptop. Then he lured the victim to deceit area of ​​the ice palace, where he performed in sexual acts against the boy and stabbed several times. I killed, he took a notebook that later hid in the garage array.

The defendant admitted his guilt even in the course of the investigation. Note that the case was heard by a jury at the request of defense.

According to the press service of the regional court, after the proclamation of the verdict of the parties debated on which the prosecutor asked for a teenager sentenced to ten years imprisonment to be served in a juvenile correctional facility.

Today, according to the police and the investigation committee, it was learned that the teenager was sentenced to a sentence of 9 years and 6 months imprisonment. Also satisfied the claims of the mother of the deceased boy for moral damages in the sum of 1.5 million rubles.
