On Thursday, May 30, the Third Appellate Court dismissed the appeal of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Federal Property Agency, which sought to appeal against the judgment of 10 December 2012, dismissing the claims against the company CHEK-SU.VK the return of allegedly illegally rented site.

Recall that this is an area number 26 on the 20-kilometer Yenisey tract, which the administration Emelyanovskiy district of Krasnoyarsk region provided for the use of ZAO SMZ and entered into a lease agreement with the company for 49 years.
