Until now, the law, the maximum power of attorney was limited to three years. Now, such a document can be issued for any period of time. In addition, a new type of power of attorney – an irrevocable power of attorney.

The third set of amendments related to the maturity of the civil courts. Today, the limitation period – 3 years. It can be extended if the citizen learned of the violation of their rights later. Under the new rules, increase the statute of limitations can only be up to 10 years.
